Seems like a very well built handle. Beautiful craftsmanship and functional as well. Once hung it got immediate use cutting out a pinched saw. Worked great with the smaller profile. I highly recommend Hoffman.

I ordered a grade 2 handle? Really? You couldn't prove it to me. I can't honestly believe that there is a place out there that makes better quality axe handles. Every single handle I've purchased has been extremely high quality whether grade 1 or 2. I thought about just collecting Hoffman Handles and skip buying axe heads to put on them but, that's a bit weird. Keep up the fantastic work Liam and team Hoffman!!

Absolutely stunning!! I couldn't be happier. Smooth as silk with a beautiful French vanilla/Mocha contrast of heart wood and sap wood it's going to be gorgeous.

I put a 3lb 3oz Kelly Perfect head on this handle and it blew me away. I absolutely love it. The octagonal shape adds another dimension to the look and feel of this beauty.

The handle was shipped and wrapped meticulously. The axe handle is a great design and the wood grain is beautiful. It also had a beautiful dark color wood wedge that should look awesome. I wish it had the saw kerf cut for the wedge but not a big deal. I also wish it came without the oil treatment. Still 5 star. Thank you.
