As I have purchased quite a few Hoffman handles at this point! My recent purchase of a pair of 24” to make a pair custom wedge bangers did not disappoint! Can’t wait to torture test these things guys! Great work Hoffman team.

Very disappointed with the grain orientation of the axe handle. The visual quality of the axe handle is beautiful. However, while hanging the axe, with the gentle taps that are used to set the head onto the fitted handle, the palm swell split. I did not strike the handle too hard and have glued the pieces back together. It makes me question the usability and the longevity of a fairly expensive handle.

I love Hoffman handles. I’ve ordered four so far and they have been superior quality. Grain running in the proper direction, good looking wood selection, and the wedges make for a great fit up.
Great ax handle...I've gotten many straight from the tree when I was young and I know how hard a job it is. Good isn't cheap and cheap isn't very good, yours are expensive but I'd pay it again

The 19" hickory double bit cruiser handle that I got was stunning. The wood grain is some of the most beautiful I have ever seen, truly. The feel of the octagon is amazing and is cut very well. I have never used anything other than box store handles because I thought hickory was hickory. WRONG! If you are hanging something you are proud of I would definitely use a Hoffman Handle. I put my Norlund Trailblazer on it and it is a show stopper. I can't say enough good things. Its worth the small increase in price over store handles and turned my saddle cruiser into an heirloom piece.

I did hang it a little of kilter but I appreciate the extra beef up top. I’m hanging a lot of antique axe heads so I’m having to take quite a bit off for the older, smaller eyes. Hope I can work with y’all a lot more in the future.
Very impressive! Im not sure I could have bought grade A hickory in my area any cheaper so add labor to shape the handle and these are a bargain. Straight as an arrow!
