I’ve not yet set the new handle, but the kerf looks straight and even-sided. The wedges I ordered have plenty of material to allow me to work with them.
Quality is the only word that needs to really be said their just it anything close
This is the best handle I’ve ever put on an axe. I mounted it on a it 4 and a half pound plumb tassie and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I love these handles ! I replaced my old , loose handles on (2) hatchets that I own . One of the hatchets belonged to my wife’s grandfather and looks like it’s 100 years old. The hardwood wedges worked great . Liam also has a great video on YouTube showing how to install new handles .

Not sure what makes it a grade 3. It might have a slight twist; hard to tell.
Very nicely made. I am shaving the head to fit eye of my old axe head. A lot of material needs to come off so I think my axe eye must be small.
Excellent! Saved me from digging out the band saw. It’s in the center, it’s the right depth…I mean, it’s a pretty simple thing, but in this case, done exceptionally well.
Soaked in great, smells fantastic too, sanding doesn't really affect it

Fantastic. Curves in that just right way. Ergonomic improvement over a cut down shovel handle. Would and will buy again.
These are far superior to anything available local. I purchased an assortment of handles. A couple of single bit, a boys axe handle, and a hatchet handle. Each one solid, shaped well, and while two have obvious cosmetic defects, the other two seem pretty well perfect to me.All of these will be used, so I’m really not concerned with cosmetic anyway, but these are shaped well, and feel good in the hands. Buy these, you’ll be glad you did. Much better than hardware store handles.
I'm thankful that y'all offer wood to purchase to make our own handles.It's hard for me to source lumber of this quality.Anywhere near me. The grain orientation on this lumber was perfect.
